TOPICS: OIPA
EnergyNet, Inc., an online auction marketplace for the oil and natural gas industry, has received the 2015 Partner Award from the Oklahoma Independent Petroleum Association (OIPA).

The Partner Award is presented annually to oilfield service companies and other businesses that have proven to be supporters of the Oklahoma oil and natural gas industry. EnergyNet was recognized for the company’s support of the Association’s Oilfield Services Fundraising Auction, the OIPA’s single largest fundraising event that supports the association’s advocacy efforts.

“We treasure the relationship we have built with the OIPA and its members and could not do this without the support of the auction donors and bidders” said Ethan House, EnergyNet’s Oklahoma City-based vice president of business development for the mid-continent. “The collaboration with the Oilfield Services Committee and the OIPA staff is top notch and makes the Oilfield Services auction a success. We are truly honored to receive this award and look forward to assisting the OIPA in continuing its vital work.”

Headquartered in Amarillo, Texas, EnergyNet specializes in selling oil and gas properties valued between $100,000 and $50 million.  EnergyNet markets producing fields, operated working interests, overrides, royalties, minerals, and undeveloped leasehold including Federal and State lease sales. EnergyNet facilitates auction, sealed bid and private sale transactions for over 4,200 unique sellers in more than 2,000 transactions annually.

“Companies like EnergyNet are the reason oil and natural gas production is the leading industry in Oklahoma,” OIPA President Mike Terry said. “Their tireless effort to promote the OIPA and the industry as a whole deserves our recognition and our gratitude.”
