OIPA Special Seminar: Preparing Oklahoma's Oil and Gas Industry for SQ788: Medical Marijuana

On June 26, Oklahomans will take to the polls to vote on State Question 788 and decide the use of medicinal marijuana. Should SQ 788 pass, every employer in the Oklahoma oil and natural gas industry will face a host of new labor, employment, health and safety challenges. The OIPA and experts from McAfee & Taft law firm, The Bramlett Agency and OSHA will address these challenges from both legal, insurance and regulatory perspectives.
